Stop Overthinking and Start Moving
Stop Overthinking and Start Moving
Overthinking feels productive.
It feels like you’re preparing, planning, analyzing everything perfectly.
But in reality, it’s often just fear in disguise.
You keep thinking:
“What if it doesn’t work?”
“What if I fail?”
“What if people judge me?”
And because of these thoughts… you don’t start.
Here’s something simple to remember:
You will never feel 100% ready.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking.
It comes from action.
When you start, even imperfectly, you learn.
You adjust.
You improve.
Every step forward gives you more clarity than hours of thinking ever will.
So instead of asking:
“What’s the perfect plan?”
Ask:
“What’s the next small step I can take right now?”
Then take it.
Because progress, no matter how small, is always better than standing still.
